Bar Service and Corkage

Your Own Bar

You may choose to take care of all the bar supplies, tools, services, set up, clean up, and licensing yourself or through the facility.

Corkage

Elizabethan Catering Services Ltd. will supply a complete bar set up, including all brand name mix (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Soda Water & Tonic Water), Orange Juice, Clamato Juice, Spices, Celery Sticks, Lemon & Lime Slices, Ice, Beer Tubs, Glasses and Cocktail Sticks.


Corkage is only available with an Elizabethan Bartender. Thank you!

With this choice, you are responsible for all liquor and the license.

Host Bar

Elizabethan Catering Services Ltd. will supply everything for the bar. A list will be kept of the type and number of drinks dispensed. After the function, you will be invoiced, at Elizabethan’s published prices, for the beverages consumed.

This option is only available with a bar deposit of $10.00 per person which will be applied to the final invoice.

Bartenders will be invoiced separately.

Option: Loonie or Toonie Bar (Your choice)
Your guests are charged a Loonie or Toonie per drink. Available on a host bar
Money collected is credited to your bar bill.

Cash Bar

Elizabethan Catering Services Ltd. will supply everything for the bar. Your guests will be charged for each beverage at Elizabethan’s published prices.

Bartenders will be invoiced separately.

BARTENDING FEES

Bartenders will each be charged at an hourly rate. Forty five minutes for set up, and 45 minutes for tear down will be added to the operating hours.

There is a 4-hour minimum bartending charge per bartender.

WINE STEWARDS

An elegant addition to any gathering is the service of a Wine Steward. The Wine Steward will travel among your guests to serve and refill wineglasses. One Wine Steward can properly serve 40 guests. The service is charged at an hourly rate per Wine Steward.
