Kevin comes to us with a long pedigree in foodservice. A professional chef by trade, he has worked in almost every facet of the industry throughout the continent, including sports arenas, racetracks, camps, hotels, restaurants, caterers, hospitals, distributors, ...

No function has set him back (yet!) having coordinated plate services for thousands and catering for upwards of 25,000.

Heads of state, pop icons, rock stars, celebrities - have all been under his wing.

Of all this, catering has always been the most gratifying component of his career and he is happy to be in it full time, making a impact for every function that we do!
